We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our team at American Dream for the holiday season (mid-August to January)! Bring your passion for customer service and experience the warmth of Canadian hospitality with us.

As a Part-Time Seasonal Retail Associate you are responsible for supporting the store in delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand.

You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, helping bring the guest journey to life.

You consistently operate at the highest level, always demonstrating a passion for the customer. Ultimately, you collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey and are a steward of Canada Goose's values and culture.

What You'll Do :

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store's results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, etc.
• Contribute to driving the store's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories to customers.
• Support upkeeping the overall physical store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness.
• Effectively organize the stock room and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments in support of delivering a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain the sales floor and stock room inventory ensuring the floor is replenished accordingly.
• Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
• Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.

Let's Talk About You :

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred!
