As a Leader, you will be responsible for building an effective team that can give a great experience and deliver a quality experience.
You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding business strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring, training, and developing your team.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving results that assist in meeting revenue goals. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, understand how to coach diverse backgrounds and be driven and passionate about achieving results.

Tailored in White is a premium bridal alterations house that focuses on the art of fit. We use the bride as a canvas for a perfect fit.
We have experience altering complex dresses from various bridal partners, and our hand-finishing techniques and obsessive attention create a beautiful finished product.

Store Manager duties and responsibilities
Store Managers assist the team to achieve their goals and also ensure that all teams are functioning well. A Store Manager is responsible for running day-to-day operations at a business and guiding general business strategy.
Their duties include overseeing hiring and scheduling staff, tracking revenue, and setting sales goals for their team. Leadership responsibilities include :
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
- Hiring new staff for your shop location
- Ensuring that your team gives a great experience and delivers quality products to clients
- Working closely with bridal partners( shops, planners, venues) and staff to retain clients
- Developing new solutions to meet client needs
- Improving internal processes for better productivity and efficiency
- Overseeing large projects and analyzing performance reports
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of your location
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $66,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
