Qualifications
Candidates must :
- Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
- Teach and support the educational goals and objectives of St. James Catholic School, the Archdiocese of Denver Office of Catholic Schools, and the mission of the Catholic Church
- Have a minimum of a bachelors degree ( or from an accredited university
- Have a teaching certificate from the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Educators and Formation Program or equivalent state teaching license or pending
- Have completed or be willing to complete Safe Environment Training
- Submit to a background check
- Be willing to be a member of a collaborative team of teachers in a Professional Learning Community
- Be open to growth and have enthusiasm for learning
- Be open to growth in their faith lives
- Be open to growth in their professional skills
