Job Details
- Operate CT equipment to generate diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients, ensuring comfort and explaining procedures.
- Review images for quality, following protocols.
- Maintain patient records and equipment functionality.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for accurate diagnostics.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT certification in CT and state licensure.
- Minimum 2 years' CT Technologist experience.
- Proficient in CT imaging procedures and protocols.
- Strong technical proficiency with CT equipment.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
- Effective under pressure, maintaining quality care.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Schedule Information
- Avg. Daily Census : 18-20 CT scans per 8-hour shift.
- Patient Age Group : Adults, Geriatrics.
Additional Details
- Provider Support : Interpretation Services, IV Teams, Pharmacy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Respiratory Services, Transportation.
- Patient Diagnoses : All types of Cardiovascular disease.
- Special Procedures / Unit Details : Located in Ross Heart Hospital, offering various CT scans (Cardiac, Vascular, Abdomen, Head / Neck, Pelvis).
- Special Equipment : Siemens Naeotom Alpha CT Scanner.
