A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).Key Responsibilities : Supervise care management team and ensure quality and efficacy of care deliveryAssign caseloads and work assignments based on state requirements and member needsEducate and provide resources for care management team to facilitate communication and improve member experienceRequired Qualifications : Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experienceActive RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure requiredExperience in supervising care management teams and addressing member concernsAbility to lead change, provide coaching, and guidance to improve care qualityExperience in onboarding, hiring, and training care management team members
