Job Summary :
The Public Safety Agent is responsible for the protection of company property and interests. Our ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity while enhancing guest experience.

Starting Wage : $22.00 - $25.45 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability : Full Time
Skill Level : Entry Level
Other Specifics : Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) - Required
Driver's License required
Ability to lift 50lbs
CPR / AED / STB training required within first month of onboard
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and respond to safety or security incidents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees through visibility and proactive engagement.
- Enforce resort policies and regulations, providing courteous explanations when necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, property damage, and potential security threats.
- Collaborate with resort departments and local authorities to ensure effective incident response and resolution.
- Document all incidents accurately and thoroughly in written reports.
- Assist guests and employees with information, directions, and support as needed.
- Support accident investigations to gather information and provide insight for future safety improvements.

Job Requirements :

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English - written and verbal
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
- Physically able to patrol on foot and respond to incidents across resort property.
- Clean and current driver's license;
Ability to work outside in varying and extreme weather conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
