Pay Range : $53+ / hr (depending on experience)
Onsite Assignment near Chino, CA
Full 2024-2025 School Year
Full time position
Elementary and High School position
Hours : 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm, daily
General OT duties
2 school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
MUST have prior school based experience

Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' motor, sensory, perceptual, and functional abilities to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure the delivery of coordinated services and support for students.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide written reports and progress updates as required.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
California licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working with children with disabilities in a school-based setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
