Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of roadway and / or planning projects for ITD, local agency, and other Pacific Northwest clients
- Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
- Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm
- Proposal development and client relationship management
- Support growth efforts in Idaho and throughout the PNW
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Idaho
- Experience in commonly used design software and CADD Standards for ITD and local clients
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector
- Ten years of related roadway and / or bridge design experience is preferred
