Toyota Motor North America Manufacturing Digital Transformation department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Operations Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to leadership and cross-functional teams by managing key operational processes, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business activities, and enabling data-driven decision making.

Reporting to the Strategy & Planning Manager, the person in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Travel & Expense Management Coordinate business travel logistics, process and reconcile expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Calendar & Scheduling Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and support preparation for key business events.
• KPI & Data Management Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational performance and business reviews.
• Data Collection & Reporting Maintain accurate business data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to leadership for strategic and operational planning.
• Communications Support Draft internal and external communications, presentations, and updates to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Marketing & Engagement Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and communication initiatives to promote business priorities.
• Operations Support Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, track deliverables, and ensure operational excellence.
• Build relationships with Production Engineering, Manufacturing Business Operations and One Tech (IT) departments to understand their business priorities.
• Collaborate and maintain the business annual plan of Manufacturing Detail Transformation.
• Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and / or Mexico North America Manufacturing Centers and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico.
• Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays
