We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Adapt to changing customer needs and company procedures with resilience and flexibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Additional languages are a plus but not required
