DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to oversee all sales activities for the enterprise, achieving revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of our 2 existing properties and one upcoming (Opening in 2024-2025).
Position reports to company owner.

We design, develop, own, and operate a very special collection of boutique properties. In our world, a hotel is far more than a place to meet, dine, or sleep.
It is a dynamic site of imagery and emotions, interactions and thrills taking place within beautiful backdrops a living movie set with various themes, created by the same director.
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for sales activities at both operating properties.
- Create sales strategy for new property opening in the coming months.
- Responsible for generating revenues, establishing new accounts, monitoring booking pace, and booking repeat business while keeping quality of service consistently high
- Respond to incoming inquiries by phone and written communication; prepare proposals; negotiate with clients and close contracts for all group bookings and VIPs.
- Create and implement packages and promotions for need period.
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales trips as required to meet the sales targets of the properties.
- Implement and maintain LTV (lifetime value) of each guest marketing efforts. Track each guests journey with the properties, foster loyalty and generate future revenue through personalized loyalty and retargeting campaigns.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.
- Ensure Sales Department maintains a personal up-to-date knowledge on all hotel product and service offerings, including promotions.
In addition, to be familiar with the products, services, rates, new developments of our key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends.
- Ensure that Sales Department fully understands the relative importance and priority of its current account base, and manages segments and prioritizes its efforts accordingly.
- Ensure that Sales Department is focused on assertively establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts
- Responsible for leading the on-property sales teams, ensuring strategies are in-place to drive revenue across all market segments to deliver strong top line revenue results.
- Involvement in Sales team recruitment and team development.
- Provide topical and current local market knowledge to stay ahead of competitive sets.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- 5 years experience in sales and marketing at an international or domestic luxury hotel
- Fluency in MS Office, Opera, and Amadeus GMS
- Motivated and team builder
- Multi-lingual is a huge plus, but not required
