Your Impact

Help shape the future of AI by developing and executing on the vision for AI agentic systems for video games and interactive experiences.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the end to end product lifecycle to develop and launch agentic systems, and then work with partners to successfully integrate them into their experience.

This is an opportunity to build and launch a 0 to 1 product at the intersection of many of today’s most transformative technologies.

Work alongside top engineers and product leaders to define requirements, engage partners, and develop transformative technology that re-imagines the future of fun in gaming and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and strategy for AI-powered agents, with a focus on developing systems for agentic behavior, planning, reasoning, and player interaction.
• Solve deeply technical challenges related to AI and game engine workflows to clearly identify and scope world-class products.
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives and industry leaders to understand business and product needs.
• Translate partners’ feedback and requests into product requirements and roadmap, driving prioritization and pre- and post-launch execution.
• Manage complex relationships of stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal leaders.
• Engage our partners and balance their feedback with an understanding of the current and future capabilities of our platform to identify new features.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Experience in product management working with AI / ML products and / or game engines such as Unreal and Unity.
• Track record of taking initiative to build and ship ambiguous problems into new product ideas and outcomes.
• Experience working on developer-targeted products and workflows, with exceptional prioritization skills and smart, scrappy approaches to testing and building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
• A cross-functional leader who gets an organization working together towards strategic objectives especially with research, engineering, design, marketing and partnerships.
• Passionate about understanding new trends and cutting edge technologies to ensure that we use the best tools to empower our developer platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $250,000. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes a bonus, equity and benefits.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
