Maintenance Electrician - Shelbyville, IN

Available Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM, 2-2-3 schedule

Starting Pay : $31.25 / hr.

Pay Range : $31.25 / hr. - $36.25 / hr.

• Once hired, employees can take an assessment at any time to test into a higher pay level.
• Study materials are provided by the company. They can take the assessment as many times as needed for free.

Job Description

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing any electrical issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Engage in the repair of all process, production, and facility equipment.
• Lead and coordinate activities and repairs for equipment failures.
• Ensure equipment failures are resolved in a timely order.
• Document daily activities in the maintenance CMMS system.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement quality standard for the Maintenance Areas.
• Communicate with all positions as necessary to successfully complete assigned projects and ensure the plant equipment and facilities are in proper working order.
• Generate information to secure the necessary parts to complete projects and repairs.
• Participate in PM events in all areas as necessary.
• Monitor all emergency breakdown calls and call for technical assistance as needed.
