Key Responsibilities :

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Senior Manager Risk Management and Treasury to support the Finance team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This role will assist the Global Treasurer in overseeing Tropicana’s Insurance programs and Capital Markets compliance. This role will build processes, and structure necessary to develop a world class Risk Management and Treasury function capable of supporting the growth and operationalization of this dynamic consumer products business.

The role will also oversee the corporate hedging function.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Manage our insurance programs, capital markets portfolio and corporate hedging function.
• Collaborate with management to continue to improve Tropicana’s risk management framework for insurable risks and manage relationships with insurance brokers and insurance companies
• Oversee and improve liability claim processes and develop claims adjusting team including insurer and third-party claims administrator
• Review hedge program and help identify portions that may be improved
• Lead the compliance process with our various lenders including reporting of our financial performance
• Identify strategies to reduce financing costs and optimize working capital structures
• Proactively lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize treasury processes and operations

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Corporate Finance or equivalent major
• 7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Insurance Management
• Strategic / Analytical / Problem solving skills
• Finance and Accounting Knowledge / experience
• Savvy communication and negotiation skills
• Process improvement / change leadership skills
