We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Arizona.

Summary

The BCBA will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities and other behavioral challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate leadership in the development of staff, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention programs.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and integrate best practices into service delivery.
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.
• State licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
