As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver delicious and nutritious smoothies and food with a tropical twist.

Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enthusiastic individuals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Inventory Management : Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
- Customer Satisfaction : Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
- Training and Development : Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Quality Control : Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, consistently delivering excellent customer experience.
Position Overview :

- Location : Boardman, OH
- Work Hours : Full Time
- Annual Compensation : $50,000 - $55,000
- Benefits : health insurance, 401K with up to 4% annual company match
Required Experience :
- 2+ years Restaurant Management Experience
- High school preferred, but not required
