About the Opening :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30a-5p
• Call shifts required
• Setting : 100% outpatient
• Patient Census : 20-30 per day
• Cases : Sick visits, chronic lung disease management, pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, smoking cessation, bronchoscopies, pulmonary rehabilitation, valley fever, and non-tuberculosis mycobacterium
• Support Staff : 3 MDs, 2 NPs, Rts, LCSWs, LPNs, MAs
• EMR : AthenaHealth
• Must be board-certified
