Summary / Scope of Work
The Inventory Supervisor shall operate out of the warehouses on site and will be accountable for the Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) property assigned to the Contractor.
This offer is available contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry, inventory management and material handling services
- Assist with incoming shipment
- Ensure all TADSS equipment are issued on and all maintenance orders are recorded within the TS-MATS
- Provide annual GFP report as required; utilize the Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army) and the Training Support-Materiel Army wide Tracking system (TS-MATS) as directed.
- Complete weekly TADSS Usage report; report to include usage statistics (in the field, motor pools, TADSS facilities or ranges), quantities of property issued by category and work order priority.
- Establish and maintain a Monthly Sensitive, Explosive, and Hazardous Material Report. Report to include list of property inventoried, location, and quantity.
Qualifications :
- Minimum two (2) years experience in warehouse operations
- Two (2) years inventory management experience
- Practical experience with logistics management systems and associated military systems for stock control and supply records keeping.
- Familiar with TS-MATS, TADSS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to be licensed for and utilize Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) equipment for upload and download of freight from transport vehicles;
in and around the warehouse for storage and maintenance of property and to assist customers as required
- Ability to pass a background check, DOD Security Clearance preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- US Citizen
- Ability to work effectively, and contribute positively, as a team member
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
