Position : Assistant Community Manager
Start Date : ASAP
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
Location : San Jose, CA 95112
Qualifications : Candidates should have experience with special needs populations, high-acuity settings, or high-acuity properties.
Responsibilities :
Schedule income verification appointments, prepare / process lease agreements, and manage the housing wait list
Assist with re-certifications, welfare exemption documents, and compliance reviews (MOR and TCAC)
Issue notices, manage vacancies, and oversee turnover forms
Support rent collection, handle security deposits, and manage petty cash and bank deposits
Inspect the property for maintenance and security issues
Build relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies
Coordinate property inspections and ensure timely processing of maintenance work orders
Maintain confidential resident and property files
Communicate emergency procedures to residents and organize logistics for resident meetings
Perform additional duties as needed

Pay Details : $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
