Financial Analyst
This role will support financial and strategic decisions across the organization. This role has significant growth opportunities, where the right individual can receive increasing responsibility to lead several of these workstreams over time.
A successful candidate will have exemplary analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and proactively across an organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support preparation of the monthly management / board reporting
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely close each month
- Support maintaining and enhancing the organization’s long-term, strategic model
- Support capital planning
- Support preparing the annual operating budget with key stakeholders across the organization
- Support development of financial reporting packages such as quarterly Board of Director presentation packages and variance reports
- Support Platform Delivery in managing CapEx budgets
- Support Sales in underwriting potential deals
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the CEO and CFO
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required
- Post graduate Master of Accountancy (with CPA) or MBA preferred, but not required
- 2-4 years’ work experience in Finance / Accounting
- Strong experience with Excel strongly preferred and SQL / NetSuite / Oracle a plus
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- High-level of intellectual curiosity with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Outstanding problem solving with a very strong attention to detail, while maintaining an ability to view the big picture issues and strategic implications
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
