CASA DDI, a boutique design and development firm specializing in high-end luxury real estate, is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and gain comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of real estate development, from initial design to final construction.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full life cycle of real estate development projects, including :
  • Design development
  • Architectural and engineering review
  • Budget management and control
  • Permitting processes
  • Construction oversight
  • Interior design and final project completion
  • Manage multiple project verticals simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and lead teams of independent contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of project progress, contracts, and reports.
  • Work closely with the field teams and handle administrative tasks related to project execution.
  • Collaborate with the firm's leadership on project strategy, growth opportunities, and quality standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Graduate education preferred (MBA, MRED, or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with independent contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work both in the field and manage administrative tasks in an office setting.
