Clear snow, ice, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and common areas during inclement weather. Conduct regular inspections of property systems and equipment to identify safety hazards and potential code violations. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Take appropriate measures to address safety concerns and maintain a safe working environment for tenants and staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and materials used. Document inspections, safety checks, and maintenance schedules to track property condition and compliance. Communicate effectively with property management and other team members regarding maintenance needs and status updates. Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques. Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance and repair work. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular business hours.

This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. The Property Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the property's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, contributing to tenant satisfaction and overall property value.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, and electrical system checks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize disruptions.
