We are searching for a Senior Brand Manager, Hefty Waste & Storage Innovation to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Brand Manager of Innovation, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize new products to address evolving consumer needs, build a future pipeline of growth initiatives, and meet company sustainability goals. You will work in a collaborative environment and will have the opportunity to bring your experience and creativity to drive strong business growth. This position reports to the Sr Director of Marketing.

• Lead cross-functional team projects to develop and commercialize Brand and Private Label new products, line extensions, and product / packaging improvements.
• Develop strong working relationships with RD&E counterparts to facilitate product initiatives.
• Lead consumer research to identify new product opportunities and to guide new product strategic definition.
• Develop and interpret detailed P&L's to drive new product profitable growth.
• Lead the development of the business case for product commercialization opportunities inclusive of launch strategy, pricing, competitive context, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Category Management to develop sales materials to aid in the launch of new items.
• Analyze business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities for the brand and portfolio.
• Prepare and present monthly stage gate project updates of key innovation projects to the Hefty Business Unit.

Posted Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 / A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
