- Perform day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Collaborate with property managers and other teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned properties.
- Handle financial aspects of lease agreements, including rent calculations and tenant billings.
- Participate in year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in accounting, with a focus on property or real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
