Registered Nurse Intensive Care - ICU - Travel - (ICU RN)

StartDate : 9 / 30 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 D / E / N Pay Rate : $1672.21 - $1842.85

MAIN PACU- working in the PACU unit, however UMMC required ICU tenured RN’s for this role.Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius.

Do NOT submit candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the hospital. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission.

Anything sent after, will not be approved Position Description : MAIN PACU- working in the PACU unit, however UMMC required ICU tenured RN’s for this role.

Shift : 12H Rotating- Days / Evenings / Nights : 6a-6 : 30p, 7p-7 : 30a & 7a-7 : 30p, 11a-11 : 30p. 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week period.

1 on call shift every 8 weeks. IVS to interview and manager to offer. Required Upon Submission : Min of 2 years' ICU experience in a LEVEL 1 TRAUMA facility.

Strongly prefers prior PACU exp., but not required with strong ICU experience. BLS and ACLS are required, must be in packet at time of submission.

Submission Packet must show # of beds, Trauma Level and EMR on their Work History or they will be dropped. Must have active MD / Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed.

COVID vaccine required. ONLY Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped.

UMMS does not accept Religious Declinations. Flu Season has ended at UMMS and vaccines are no longer required.

Required Qualifications

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

PERM MD / Compact license or compact state lic

PCU SCL and Reference within a year

of beds and trauma level required to be added after every facility name in the Work History

RTO at time of submission
