A company is looking for a Risk Management Analyst to support customer inquiries and manage risk-related tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries regarding reimbursement issues and manage customer research tickets
Assist in managing effective rate contracts and review customer audit notifications to reduce financial risk
Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or finance analytics
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong SQL query skills
Experience with fundamental accounting methodologies and practices
Knowledge of managed care from a retail pharmacy or PBM perspective is a plus
