Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food and beverages
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
• Ensure expedient service of food and beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and check in frequently with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Host / Hostess duties may be part of your work week / weekend.
• May be asked to help with other duties within the restaurant.
• Process orders accurately into the POS system
• Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times and willingness to help
• Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Qualifications and Skills :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be flexible to work holidays, evenings and weekends

Physical Limitations / Demands :

• Ability to speak and hear.
• Constant standing with some walking.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up 35 pounds and occasionally lift / move 50lbs.
• Continue use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
