Medical Coordinator Nurse (RN License)

Responsibilities :
- Ensure appropriate nursing care and support charge nurses in medicalinterventions during patient status changes
- Implement and monitor safety measures for patients, visitors, andstaff, and intervene in crisis situations
- Adjust staffing and scheduling to meet immediate needs, andcommunicate concerns to Nurse Managers
- Conduct education programs and collaborate on compliance with nursingstandards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain records, participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, andsupport staff development
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a currentMassachusetts RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, with certifications inGeriatrics and / or Nursing Administration
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a similar setting;acute care experience recommended
- Demonstrated leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and staffdevelopment experience
- B.L.S. Certification required; A.C.L.S. Certification preferred, withcomputer literacy
