RESPONSIBILITIES :

Create and execute thorough quality control protocols and directives to guarantee conformity with established professional norms and customer specifications.

Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluations at different phases of production to detect any imperfections or deviations from the required quality standards.

Work closely with teams from various departments such as production, engineering, and procurement to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures that are efficient.

Examine data on quality and performance indicators, detect patterns, and suggest process enhancements to improve the standard of products and efficiency of operations.

It is crucial to uphold comprehensive comprehension of quality control criteria, regulations, and optimal practices within the respective industry.

This will guarantee adherence to standards and foster the constant growth of the business.Analyze the origin of quality issues and take proactive steps to prevent their recurrence in the future, thereby reducing the occurrences of defects or deviations.

Create and implement all-inclusive training sessions to improve the organization’s knowledge and proficiency in maintaining high standards.

Engage in both in-house and external assessments of quality, extend essential assistance, and ensure prompt execution of audit suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related field at the undergraduate level is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A thorough understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• The ability to proficiently utilize quality control software, statistical techniques, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional focus on minute details, adeptness in resolving problems, and a sharp analytical approach.
• Great abilities in communication and interrelation that enable effective teamwork with a wide range of individuals involved.
• Being well-versed in the appropriate quality control guidelines and regulations.
• Having a certification in quality management, such as being an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or a holder of the Six Sigma Green Belt, can provide numerous benefits.
