We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Lab Technician to join our R&D team in Clemmons, NC . If you have an HVAC / refrigeration background and enjoy solving technical challenges, this is your chance to work with cutting-edge heat pump and HVAC technologies that power our industry-leading products.

What You'll Do

  • Build and test prototypes for new and existing products.
  • Set up experiments and collect data to improve product design.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Work with engineers to deliver accurate, unbiased testing results.
  • Keep lab equipment running smoothly and safely.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of HVAC / refrigeration experience (or equivalent technical training).
  • EPA Section 608 Type II Certification required.
  • Strong skills in brazing, charging, reclaiming, and leak testing refrigeration systems.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting know-how.
  • Self-starter who works well independently or on a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data acquisition tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
