Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of consultants to foster a high-performance culture
Manage customer implementations and drive adoption of Zuora products
Serve as the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a customer-facing or consultant role, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; master's degree preferred
Strong domain knowledge in Quote-to-Cash and Finance
Hands-on experience with implementation of large-scale business systems
Proven ability to create and maintain business partnerships and relationships
