What You'll Do :
As a Financial Service Professional at LPL Financial, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier service to our advisors and investors.
Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like :
- Be the First Point of Contact : Manage 25-30 inbound calls daily, handling everything from simple balance inquiries to complex financial transactions.
- Deliver Stellar Experiences : Provide a stellar brand experience with each interaction, embodying our client-centric values.
- Problem Solve & Advise : Use your critical thinking skills to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
- Research & Navigate : Conduct in-depth research and navigate multiple databases to find accurate solutions for our clients.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift and effective resolutions, prioritizing a team-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For :
We are seeking strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about client service. Ideal candidates will have :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
- License : Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or obtained within the first 60 days of employment
- Experience : 0-2+ years in a high-volume call center or client service role.
- Core Skills : Consultative approach, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proficiency with computers and customer service software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, and a strong appetite for learning.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Desirable : Experience in the financial services industry.

Pay Range :
$20.48-$34.13 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
