DUTIES :

Provides advice &support to the Residents and their families.
Monitoring Residents and administering medication andtreatments.
Documents Resident care servicesby charting in Resident & dept. records.
Protects Residents & staff by adhering toinfectioncontrol policies & protocols.
Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizingmultidisciplinary team strategies.
Assuresquality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies &standards of care.
Maintains Residentconfidence by keeping information confidential.

REQUIREMENTS :

Previous LTCexperience required.
Full time subacute andSigmacare knowledge a plus.
Should work wellin a team environment.
Current New York StateRN License.
LongTerm Care ExperiencePreferred.
Solid computer skills; workingknowledge of MS Office.
Excellentcommunication skills.
It should be friendlyand a team worker.

Salary : $84000$95000
