Role Summary :
This position is responsible for identifying, engaging and managing account prospects and existing customers to drive sales growth for Dalkia Services.
This individual is responsible for developing new customers and will be accountable for maintaining or increasing volume within assigned existing accounts.
This role requires effective communication and collaboration with sales management, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify potential account prospects through research, networking and outreach efforts to expand the customer base for Dalkia Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Dalkia Services, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure that service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Coordinate efforts with the marketing department to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Partner with the finance team to prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processes.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Dalkia services and establish connections with potential clients
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Current experience in sales, account management, or business development within the energy or facility management sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a customer centric approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
