We are currently accepting applications for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Columbine Poudre Home Care.
Compensation
- Starting wage $31.00 - 36.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating your care with other skilled clinicians and community resources.
- Provide skilled nursing care and high-quality education that clients and their caregivers need to stay safe and to progress to their provider-approved goals.
- Expect variety! PTAs in our agency provide skilled physical therapy services to clients in their homes (including some ILF, ALF) under the direction of the physical therapist.
- Instruct clients and / or family members in a home program.
- Integral part of the home care team, providing direct communication with clients, family and other team members regarding client status, and valued input RE : changes or modifications in the care plan.
- We offer a full orientation and preceptor program to new staff : you won't be sent to a challenging case without the training you need to succeed.
Q ualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility (when applicable).
- Prefer at least six months experience in geriatrics or long-term care, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule
- Part-time
- 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
- Monday through Friday (Flexible)
- Optional Saturday hours available
