A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Policy Analyst to join their Taxonomy team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and implement Trust & Safety policies related to social media and user-generated contentAnalyze existing policies to identify gaps and conduct efficacy reviews for data annotation projectsCollaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to support policy development and trainingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required;

Master's or equivalent experience preferred2-3 years of experience in developing or improving content policies, particularly in brand or online safetyRecord of successfully completing projects independentlySufficient knowledge of data science concepts, methods, and processesStrong experience with social media platform trust and safety and community policies is a plus
