Job Overview : As an Electrical Engineering Operations Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of innovative packaging machinery and automation solutions. You will oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from concept to maintenance, ensuring the highest quality and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and software for packaging machinery.
• Oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering processes and products.
• Collaborate with other managers, customers, and vendors to align engineering activities with company strategies.
• Maintain and review engineering documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
• Ensure the safety, quality, and functionality of all engineering projects.
