Responsibilities
- Drive success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales objectives
- Research accounts, identify key players, develop relationships with important stakeholders and negotiate contracts that creates strong partnerships and drive revenue growth by increasing gross margins
- Manage the project life cycle process : manage open positions, maintain and build relationship with existing accounts, schedule meetings, and communicate across all levels of the company with all assigned accounts
- Collaborate effectively and update various pre / post sales resources, such as, Sales Management, Recruiters and Project managers to ensure excellent project delivery and customer service
- You will manage end-to-end sales activities, project life cycles and activities
- Accurately track all sales related and project related activities in company’s CRM
Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in a Business Development, Account Management role or equivalent quota-carrying role, preferably in the staffing industry
- Demonstrated ability to consistently over-achieve quotas in past positions
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Staffing or Human Resource technology experience
- Proficient computer application skills and any of these applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Linkedin, LI Sales Navigator)
Job Location
This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the Western United States. We will equip you with the necessary computer hardware and assist in setting up your home office.
Additionally, you will be expected to visit our Campbell, CA headquarters on a quarterly basis.
Working Hours
The standard office hours for this role are from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm Pacific Time.
