Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Generalist / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best.

Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Content Creation : Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content (b(v)logs, articles, promotions, whitepapers, case studies, etc.

that highlight the benefits and features of our material handling solutions. Collaborate with vendor contacts for assets and copy.

Ensure the content aligns with industry trends and addresses the pain points of our target audience.

Collateral Development : Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, product guides and sales presentations.

Ensure all materials are up-to-date, cohesive and align with the company’s branding guidelines.

  • Event Coordination : Support the coordination and execution of industry events, trade shows and webinars. This includes pre-event planning, on-site support and post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, web development and external agencies, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and product strategies.
  • Marketing Analytics Maintenance : Review, report and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
