Intelligence Analyst III / Intelligence Analyst Senior

What Youll Do :

• Perform Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) data analysis to solve military and intelligence problems supporting military and intelligence customers.
• Conduct OTHR intelligence research and analysis to support projects and operations for customers at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
• Use specific media forms (OTHR, imagery) to analyze data to solve military and intelligence problems using both near real time and forensics techniques.
• Research current and emerging threats, recognize links and relationships between threat entities.
• Provide analytical support for intelligence analysis of all-source information to produce intelligence products and make intelligence assessments in accordance with defined requirements.
• Update and maintain intelligence databases.
• Contribute to the completion of tasks related to Intelligence Planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis, and Production.
• Collaborate with customers at all levels within the Intelligence customer base.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.

Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Perform other duties as necessary.

What Youll Need :

• High school diploma plus 8 or more years of intelligence analyst experience.
• High school diploma plus 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience.
• Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelors or Masters, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• Experience with Military or other intelligence software applications relevant to the specific intelligence area.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to conduct ad-hoc analysis and assessments.

On-Site Work Environment : This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location.

Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Working Conditions :

Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Relocation for this position is available.

Compensation & Benefits :

• HIRING SALARY RANGE FOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST III : $111,000 - $154,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
• HIRING SALARY RANGE FOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST SENIOR : $124,500 - $172,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
