The Opportunity :
Reporting to the store leadership team the Retail Store Team Member will perform many duties to provide a high standard of customer service, inventory processing & control while promoting QxH brands to all who visit the outlet stores.
Your Impact : Customer Service
Customer Service
- To attend to customer requirements promptly, courteously, and efficiently thereby building a high degree of customer loyalty and repeat business.
- To respond to customer enquiries effectively & efficiently, resolving customer issues where possible at first point of contact.
- To provide a positive image of QxH to every customer in line with the QxH brand & values.
- To promote sales by way of merchandising, product knowledge.
Cashier Duties
- To Process sales & refunds through the stores epos system.
- Ensure the till drawer is counted prior to store opening and any discrepancies reported to store management.
- Maintain and complete all necessary documentation for refunds, sundries & voids.
- To disposition customer returns to the correct channel.
- To inform staff & management of any security issue
Stock Room Duties
- To receive deliveries ensuring the correct documentation is present
- To check, price & make good for sale all products received on pallets and record any discrepancies.
Merchandising
- To ensure all product is clearly ticketed displaying the correct information.
- To ensure the product from the stock room is brought onto the sales floor timely and displayed in the correct area
- To ensure the correct positioning and the information held on POS material is relevant to the product.
- Reporting & recording any damaged goods, not fit for sale.
- Maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness, appearance, and hygiene to promote a good image to the customer.

- Minimum Education : High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Minimum Experience : None
- Preferred Experience : 1 year of retail experience or in a similar function preferred.
