The Industry Specialty Services Associate works with managers and senior associates on client projects which include, but are not limited to, financial analysis, regulatory research, and interpretation.
Job Duties :
- Conducts cost analysis, including cost estimates and proposals for government contract proposals, summarizes findings, and presents to managers and senior associates.
- Prepares cost models in Excel or Access to determine rate structures for the clients.
- Researches Federal procurement issues to support recommendations to clients on how to proceed on government contract work.
- Provides strong written work products, including alternative cost models and presentations, to support client projects.
- Aids in firm development activities and other marketing initiatives, including but not limited to attending trade shows, networking, developing internal and external practice development opportunities, and identifying cross servicing opportunities.
- Assists with the research and drafting of client proposals; applies principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for client engagements.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field, required.
Experience :
One (1) or more years of relevant experience, required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing.
- Strong analytical and basic research skills.
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details.
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment.
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
