Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in Johnston, SC. Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate students, determine diagnoses, and create comprehensive plans of care
- Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies and adjust treatment according to individual student needs
- Follow intervention protocols and revise treatment plans as necessary based on student progress
- Accurately document services provided and student outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent support and maximize the effectiveness of each student's IEP
