Entry-Level Quality Inspector (Contract Position)

Location : Nashville, TN

Pay : $12–$16 / hour

Job Summary :

TriMech Staff Augmentation is seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for an Entry-Level Quality Inspector role in a manufacturing environment. This is a contract position ideal for individuals who are mature, reliable, and able to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. The primary responsibility is to visually inspect products on the production line and remove any defective items.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform visual inspections of products to identify and remove defects

Follow written work instructions and safety protocols

Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the entire shift

Adapt to changing production schedules, including occasional overtime

Work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
