Shifts typically run from 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm , including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering compassionate nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
• Supporting residents in mobility, including transferring and walking, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.
