Alpine Breeze Health & Wellness is a busy 154 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with spacious therapy spaces.

Our facility provides extraordinary Alzheimer's care with a secure unit, bariatric care, hemodialysis care, tracheostomy care, and wound care among others.

We are very excited about our upcoming facility and therapy gym renovation. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who collaborates closely with therapy, and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life.

We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents.

We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.

We utilize ACP modalities and equipment and have invested in the training component of their services so our therapists have access to free CEU's!

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated staff. We seek a PT who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient centered clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Requirements of the job :

• Valid state license
• Completion of accredited therapy program
• Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
