Payrate : $19 / hr ($1 / hr for bilingual (Spanish or Ukrainian)speakers)
Training Schedule : MondayFriday 8 : 30 am 4 : 30pm
WorkSchedule : Monday Friday (Schedule determined aftertraining) One evening per week and one Saturday permonth.
JobType : Contract toHire
TheCustomer Service Representative will identify locate clients andnotify customers of screening status initiate appropriate action toupdate personalinformation.
Responsibilities :
- Outboundcall center average 150 calls perday
- Initiateslocation service actions by notifying members of a shortscreening.
- Identifiesaccounts requiring additional location services with personalcontact of third party formessages.
- Ensuresthe security of customer information and updatereports.
- Performsother related duties asrequired.
RequiredSkills / Abilities :
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Basicunderstanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and stateand federal laws pertaining to HIPAA skip tracingactivities.
- Excellentorganizational skills with great attention todetail.
- Abilityto keep informationconfidential.
- Abilityto exercise integrity anddiscretion.
- Abilityto remain professional in tensesituations.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.
