As a Facilities Custodian Technician II, you will be trusted to safely keep the work area clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX!

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Maintaining cleanliness in the GxP controlled areas, including but not limited to Production Areas, Warehouses, Laboratory, Gowning Area, Boxing Room, Molding Rooms, and the Annex building. Ensuring areas are cleaned per steps and frequency described in the cleaning procedures.
• Operating floor cleaning equipment and machines. Using custodial hand / power equipment and tools.
• Recycling / sorting discarded material per existing procedures.
• Staying up to date with all training activities (Veeva / Workday).
• Participation in site objectives and Kaizen (opportunities for improvements).
• Participating in site safety programs.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of required cleaning activities.
• Stocking and maintaining an adequate supply of custodial supplies.
