Accounts Payable
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Accounts Payable for a company based in Norcross , Georgia . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills in the accounting department along side a team of others at a wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets manufacturing facility.
Pay Rate
$ 20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8 30 AM TO 5 30 PM
Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities
- High volume processing of monthly paper and electronic vendor bills
- P rocessing including invoice matching, invoice posting and invoice payment
- C hase order creation, verification and processing
- Other back-office administrative duties as needed
Accounts Payable Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
- Precision in processing invoices and managing financial data.
