What Youll Do :

As the Clinic Director, you will lead both clinically and operationally, with responsibilities that include :

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Provide mentorship, development, and guidance to clinical staff
  • Drive clinic performance by fostering a high-quality, patient-centered environment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and operational teams
  • Promote a culture aligned with OSAs mission, vision, and values
  • Implement innovative care strategies and contribute to process improvement
  • Take initiative in solving problems and making key clinical and operational decisions
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Doctoral and / or masters degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
  • Experience in Outpatient and / or Private Practice Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years outpatient management experience.
  • Full understanding of State Practice Act and Compliance in the state of Texas.
